Once you’ve entered the membership number and surname, Red Access will display the available tickets associated with that membership.

If the membership contains tickets for multiple games, you can select the specific game and ticket you require.
You only use a credit for the ticket link you choose to copy.
Yes.
You can have up to 6 memberships linked at any one time.
This makes it easier if you’re regularly managing tickets across several memberships.

Simply remove one of your existing linked memberships and add the new membership you need to access.
You can change the memberships linked to your account whenever required.

Adding, removing, searching and viewing memberships does not use credits.

Your account will show your available credit balance so you can easily keep track of how many link generations you have remaining.

Your credits remain on your Red Access account until they are used.
There is no requirement to use all of your credits within a certain period.

For example, if you purchase the Gold package and receive 130 total credits, you have 130 link generations available.

You’re not tied to the same package every time.
For example, you could start with 10 credits for £20 and then choose the Gold package for £200 the next time you need to top up.

Once you’ve registered, please allow approximately 1–2 hours for an admin to review and activate your account.
Once activated, you’re free to purchase credits and start generating links yourself.
All new Red Access accounts are reviewed before activation.
This allows us to keep the platform controlled and ensure accounts are being used correctly.

Red Access accounts are intended for individual use only.
Please do not share your login details with other people.
Account sharing may result in your account being suspended.
That’s not a problem.
Searching doesn’t cost anything.
Simply remove the membership if required and enter the correct details.
No credit will be deducted unless you copy a ticket link.
